Previously, I worked at Mobinex Inc. (Shanghai, China), where I focused on the implementation of efficient algorithms for hand tracking and pose estimation. Besides, I also implemented a stereo vision system with calibrated camera for real-time depth estimation, as well as a sparse representation based face recognition system.
Before joining Mobinex Inc., I studied in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea. I studied Computer Graphics and Image Processing, focused on developing computer algorithms that improves the effectiveness of the data visualization by (semi)automatically computing quantitative information and geometric properties.
I'm interested in computer vision research that related to pattern recognition, object recognition, 3D reconstruction related topics (e.g. structure from motion, image mosaic) and video content analysis (e.g. object detection, tracking and appearance learning).
